Wavv Dialer Audio Source Overview

When setting up the Wavv Power Dialer, you will be asked to choose the Audio source it should use for your outcall sessions. You can choose the Audio Source of your phone or Computer Mic and speakers.

Step 1

Select a Contact and click "New Call" to open the dialer.

Step 2

Click on the "cog" icon on the top right of the Wavv Dialer banner that opened across the top of crmgrow.

Step 3

By default, the "Home" page will open.

Step 4

Click on "Audio Source."

Step 5

Select from one of the four options;

• Ask me every time

• Computer Audio

  • You can adjust the mic and test the computer audio.

• Phone - Call me

  • Click the dropdown menu and select the number for Wavv to call you to connect to phone audio.

• Phone - Call In

  • You will call Wavv using the number on the screen to connect phone audio.
