About the Video Recorder

The built-in Video Recorder feature is available to all system users as part of our extensive toolset.

• The Video Recorder enables you to effortlessly pre-record videos directly off your desktop and save them as Video Material.

• You can also opt to record a new Video on the fly, save it as Video Material, and send it to Contacts or Pipeline Deal Cards in minutes.

• Once saved in My Material List, you can send the video material in communications (manual text, manual email, automations) or even share Material with a Community or Team.

Audio Insight

• Before recording, be sure your microphone is turned on or synced, and shows available within your device's audio settings.

  • If your microphone is turned on, but the system still cannot recognize it, close the dashboard and your browser, reopen it, and try recording with audio again.

  • If the problem persists, don't hesitate to contact our Support team to report the technical issue.

*Note: Video "watched" statistics may vary based on the email service used by the Contact. Several email clients, such as AOL, Gmail, and Yahoo, do not support embedded videos.
