Unlimited Automation Assignment and Contact Records

As you work on building and maintaining relationships with your contacts, you may need to set up different types of automations for various communication purposes! 🌟

For example, you might want to create automations for initial contact, events, local charity outreach, or any other messaging related to your business process.

This article will guide you through assigning multiple automation tasks to a contact record. 🚀

*Note: This tool exists only in Contact Records. It is not available on Pipeline Deal Cards.

Step 1

Open a Contact Record.

Step 2

Click on the "down arrow" icon on Automations Tile on the right side of the Contact Record.

*Note: The Automation menu will display any active Automations you may have running on that Contact Record.

Step 3

Click the "Plus Sign" icon.

Step 4

An "Automation Assign" pop-up will appear.

Step 5

Click into the dropdown menu and scroll through or keyword search for the Automation name you want to apply.

*Note: To open an Automation Folder to access the Automations within, double-click on the Folder.

Step 6

Click the Automation Name to select it.

Step 7

Click the blue "Assign" or "Cancel" button to abandon the action.

Step 8

You will see the Automation assigned within the tile.

  • To review the Automation at a glance, click the Automation name, then "see more" on the bottom left.

  • To open the Automation, click on the name/upward arrow at the top right of the Automation name. This will open the Automation within the Automations section of the system.

  • To "Unassign" the Automation, click "Stop " and then click "Remove" on the pop-up.

Step 9

Repeat steps three through seven to add another Automation.
