System Notifications 🔔 (Bell Icon)

Quickly check for new system notifications and refer to existing notifications by clicking the notifications bell icon at the top of crmgrow.

Click the "Bell Icon" to review notifications

  • Click on See All to review all notifications

Unread vs. Read Notifications

  • Unread Notifications have a blue highlight

  • Read Notifications are shown with no highlight (white background)

  • You can mark all Notifications as "Read" by adding the X to the left of the Notification

    • Then click Mark as Read

      • The notifications will now remove the blue highlight and show as "read."

En Masse/Bulk Functions

  • Mark as Read

  • Delete

  • Select All

Show Details

(while reviewing the message)

  • Click Show Details to read more information within the notification

    • Click the Contact Name to open the Contact Record

    • Click Assigned Automation to review the outbound Automation attached to that Contact.

Delete

  • Click the three dots to the right of the Notification to delete Notifications one at a time

  • Click boxes on the left of Notifications

    • Click Delete

    • Click Delete to confirm you want to delete that Notification

      • this is a permanent action and cannot be recovered
