Simple Lead Form Overview

Step 1

Click "Lead Hub" on the system's left side.

Step 2

Click on "Lead Form."

Step 3

Click on the blue "New Form" button at the top right of the page.

Step 4

A pop-up named "Add form" will appear.

Step 5

Click the cursor into the "Name' field, and type the name of the Lead Form you are creating.

*Note: Ensure your naming convention for Automation, Material, and Tags makes sense within your content organization.

In this example, I am creating a "Name" for a Contact to get additional listing information about a property at "123 Main Street."

Step 6

Click the boxes to add a checkmark for Required Fields. The lead will fill it out to become a Contact in your system.

*Note: The form will not allow you to leave the Phone and Email UNCHECKED. You must have one checked. If you attempt to remove both Phone and Email, you will see a red notification at the bottom right of the screen alerting you that you must choose one to advance.

  • The First Name is optional.

  • The Last Name is optional

  • Contact Information

    • Option 1 Require Email ONLY

      • Click the Email box to add the checkmark.

      • Leave the Phone checkmark UNCHECKED.

    • Option 2 Require PHONE only

      • Click the Phone box to add the checkmark.

      • Leave the Email checkmark UNCHECKED.

    • Option 3

      • Click the Phone box to add the checkmark.

      • Click the Email box to add the checkmark.

Step 7

The Simple Form will require the information outlined in Step 6, advance to Step 8, Tags.

Step 8

To add Tags to a Lead Form, you have two options: select existing tags and create new tags.

  1. Click into the Tags field;

    1. Select an Existing Tag

    2. Use a keyword search to find an existing tag to add to the lead form.

    3. Click on the Tag to add it to the Lead Form.

    4. The Tag/s will applied to a New Contact when they fill out the form and land in Contacts so you can find them with the Contacts Filter.

  2. Create NewTag

    1. Type the new Tag into the Tags field.

    2. Click on "Create new tag".

    3. The Tag will be added to the Tags field for you.

  3. Delete a Tag

    1. If you add a Tag you do not want, click the "X" to the right of the tag within the Tags field.

  4. You will now see the Tag/s you added within the Tags field.

Step 9

You can attach an Automation that will trigger when a lead completes and submits this Lead Form.

  1. Click into the Automation field.

  2. Keyword search for the Automation you created for follow-up for the Lead Form

  3. Click on the Automation title to select and add it to the Lead Form.

  4. You will see the selection within the Automation field now.

Step 10

Click the blue "Add" button to create the form or the "Cancel" button to abandon creating the form.
