Scheduler "My Link" Tab

The Scheduler "My Link" tab allows you to customize your pre-fix for the events you create with the Scheduler.

Default "My Link" Information

• By default, "My Link" will auto-populate from the user Profile Name added upon account creation to create the Scheduler link "pre-fix."

• Any links you create in the Scheduler will have the "My Link" pre-fix preceding the event's title.

  • For example, If "My Link" says "crmgrowsuccessteam," the link for the event will be: https://scheduler.crmgrow.com/crmgrowsuccessteam/crmgrow-support-30-minute-online-zoom-meeting"

Editing "My Link" Information

• If you edit the "My Link" pre-fix information, all the existing scheduler events linked with a previous "My Link" information will continue to work.

• All new links created with the new "My Link" pre-fix information will direct contacts to a Scheduler event page.

How to Edit the Scheduler "My Link" Pre-fix

Step 1

From the Scheduler page, click on the "My Link" tab.

Step 2

Place your cursor into the "My Link" field and type in the replacement information.

*Note: Do not add a space within the "My Link" field.

Step 3

Click the blue "Save" button.

*Note: All newly created Scheduler events will now have the updated pre-fix. All previously created Scheduler links with a different pre-fix will continue working.
