Scheduler "Integrated Calendars" Tab

The "Integrated Calendars" tab in the Scheduler displays events linked to your synced Google and Outlook Calendars in Settings & Integrations.

Step 1

Click the "Integrated Calendars" tab on the Scheduler page. You will see two tiles: "Check for Conflicts" and "Add to the Calendar."

Check for Conflicts Tile

If you have multiple Google or Outlook calendars synced in Settings & Integrations, you will see a list of these synced calendars here. The "Check for Conflicts" option allows you to instruct the system to look for scheduling conflicts when you have more than one calendar synced.

*Note: You cannot deselect the calendar/s displayed. Only sync the calendars in Settings & Integration that you want the system to check for conflicts.

Add to the Calendar Tile

*Note: You can only select one (1) calendar to add events. You must have one synced Calendar checked.

Add to Calendar allows you to select which synced Calendar you want Scheduler events to land on when a contact books time with you via a Scheduler link.

Example: In this example, I have the "hello@crmgrow.com" and "support@crmgrow.com" calendars as choices. The Hello address has a check on the left side of the name, and the Support address does not. All Scheduled Events will automatically be added to the Hello Calendar.
