⏳Scheduled Email and Text Overview

Do you ever wonder, "Did I schedule that amazing email or text to be sent? Has it gone out yet?"

You can check on scheduled texts and emails in two places:

  • Click the Hourglass icon at the top right of the Dashboard.

    • Note: The hourglass icon will not be visible if there are no pending scheduled emails or texts. ⏳

  • Review the "Scheduled" tile at the top right of a Contact Record.

    • Note: The "Scheduled" tile will not be visible if there are no pending scheduled emails or texts for that particular Contact Record. ⏳

*Note: This does not include scheduled Automation or Bulk Email actions.
