Places to Text Contacts

Texting is integral to your communication hub in business and within the system. You MUST have a smart number to allow texting to a single contact or a Pipeline Deal Card or to leverage Smart Codes.

*Note: We support SMS Short Message Service texts. We do not support MMS Multi-Media Services texts at this time. You will not be able to track text opens.

There are five places you can text out of the system:

• Quick Actions (limited to one contact)

• Contacts (limited to one contact)

• Contact Record

• Materials

• Pipeline Deal Card (primary Contact and other assigned Contacts)

Be sure to set up Text Notifications so you are alerted when a Contact responds to you via text.

*Note: If you do not have this notification set up, the system will not alert you to new texts received.
