

Pipeline Manager Overview
Each pipeline has its pipeline manager, which provides access to review and edit stage names and update them, as well as time durations, attach and detach automations to stages, share the pipeline, edit the pipeline name, and delete the pipeline.
Step 1
There are two methods to use to access the Pipeline Manager:
Left Tool Column
Click on "Pipeline" on the system's left side, then click "Pipeline Manager." on the menu underneath "Pipeline."
From the Pipeline Itself
Click "Pipeline" on the system's left side, then click the Pipeline's "three-dot" kebab menu to the right of the Pipeline name. From there, click on "Go to Pipeline Manager."
*Note: Both methods will direct you to the Pipeline Manage

Automation Management
If you want to add, edit, or remove an Automation, click the Automation dropdown menu at the top right and choose the Automation you wish to edit with a click.
*Note: You will have no drop-down menu if you only have one Automation.
Stage Name
Click on each field to update the Stage name. You can also update the order of the Stages by dragging the rows up or down.
Click the blue "New Stage" button to add another Stage to the Pipeline. Name this stage and click the blue "Create" button to save or "Cancel" to abandon the addition.
Time Duration
Click on each field to add, edit, or delete the Time Duration each Pipeline Deal Card should stay in each stage.
Automation
Click into an Automation field. From here, you may search for keywords or scroll to locate the automation you want to assign.
Next, click and assign an Automation within the Pipeline Stage.
Delete
Click the "Trash Can" icon to immediately and permanently delete the Stage or "Cancel" to abandon the action.
The page will update your primary pipeline.

New Stage Assigned or New Stage No Assigned Automation
This is where you will choose whether an Automation will be removed and a new Automation assigned or if you want the system to keep the current Automation assigned.
It is IMPERATIVE to select "keep current automation" in the pipeline manager for that Pipeline's Stage Automations.
If a new stage has assigned automation
Remove current automation and assign new automation.
Keep current automation.
If new stage has no assigned automation
Remove current automation.
Keep current automation.
