Pipeline Deal Card Text Overview

Discover the two methods for sending an SMS text from a Pipeline Deal Card. You can conveniently send a text using either option and filter the Deal History by text messages.

Step 1

Open a Pipeline Deal Card.

1. Click the "More" dropdown menu. Click on "New Text." This will open a pop-up to write a New Text.

2. Click the "Deal History." Sort by "Text," then click "New Text" at the top left. This will open a pop-up to write a New Text.

Step 2

Click the "X" to the right of Contacts to remove them from the outbound message.

*Note: The system automatically adds all Pipeline Deal Contacts to the "To" field on the New Text.

Step 3

*Note: You can insert text content, material, emojis, scheduler links, recorded live video, and more to help you personalize the message.

   1. The field below the "To" section at the top is where you add your text message info.

2. Bottom Right Icons

   1. Play Icon

      1. Click the "Play" icon at the bottom right of the Text Template to insert Material.

   *Note: SMS Texts sent out with Material inserted will only show the Material LINK, not the image previews.

3. Three Line Logo

   1. Click the Three Line Logo to insert any Text Template you have previously created.

4. Emoji Face

   1. Click the "Emoji Face" icon to add emojis to the text content.

   2. You can click the Emoji you'd like to insert it into the message.

   3. Click the "Emoji Face" icon again to close the emoji menu.

5. Calendar Icon

   1. If you have created any events on the Scheduler, located within My Calendar, you can click the icon to insert event links.

6. Red Dot Icon

   1. Click the Red Dot icon to open the Video Recorder and record a personalized message for the Contact on the Pipeline Deal Card.

7. Token

   1. Click "Token" to insert any Custom Merge Fields to help you Personalize the message.

Step 5

Click the blue "Send" button to send it immediately or on the date/time that you scheduled in the future.
