

Pipeline Deal Card Email Overview
Discover the two methods for sending an Email from a Pipeline Deal Card.
Step 1
Open a Pipeline Deal Card.
Click the "More" dropdown menu. Click on "New Email." This will open a pop-up to write a New Email.
Click the "Deal History." Sort by "Email," then click "New Email" at the top left. This will open a pop-up to write a New Email.
Step 2
Click the "X" to the right of Contacts to remove them from the outbound message.
*Note: The system automatically adds all Pipeline Deal Contacts to the "To" field on the New Email.
Step 3
Subject & Content
The field below the "To" section at the top is where you add your subject and message info.
Bottom Right Icons
Play Icon
Click the "Play" icon at the bottom right of the Text Template to insert Material.
Three Line Logo
Click the Three Line Logo to insert any Text Template you have previously created.
Emoji Face
Click the "Emoji Face" icon to add emojis to the text content.
You can click the Emoji you'd like to insert it into the message.
Click the "Emoji Face" icon again to close the emoji menu.
Calendar Icon
You can click the icon to insert event links if you have created any events on the Scheduler, located within My Calendar.
Red Dot Icon
Click the Red Dot icon to open the Video Recorder and record a personalized message for the Contact on the Pipeline Deal Card.
Token
Click "Token" to insert any Custom Merge Fields to help you Personalize the message.
Step 5
Click the blue "Send" button to send it immediately or on the date/time that you scheduled in the future.
