

Overview of Unsubscribed Contacts
Learn how to Filter a list of Text and Email Unsubscribed Contacts and set up a Notification alerting you that a Contact has unsubscribed from text or email communication.
What Happens When a Contact Unsubscribes?
If a contact unsubscribes from texts or emails, their Contact Record will reflect the corresponding updates.
Text
If a Contact unsubscribes via text, the system unsubscribes them from all automated and scheduled text communication.
The Text tab "New Text" and dropdown Activity "New Text" option will be removed from the Contact Record.
If a Contact unsubscribes from email, the system unsubscribes them from all automated and scheduled email communication.
The Email tab "new email" and dropdown Activity "New Email option will be removed from the Contact Record.
Automation
If the Contact has an automation applied, the automation will remain attached; however, the automation outbound email or texts will not be sent from the system. To remove the Automation, open the Contact Record and remove the Automation manually.
