Overview of Tools to Connect to Automations
Welcome to Automations, your communication base for the ongoing nurturing of contacts to help level up your open-to-close process.
Also known as Smart Campaigns and Drip Campaigns, Automations allows you to build in both internal reminder calls to action, such as tasks and calls, and external communication to Contacts, Pipeline Status, and Pipeline Deal Cards. You can even trigger responses in Automation based on the Contact interaction with what you send out.
Email & Text-based Contact Automations

You can use this Automation to create unique communication for specific Contact groupings.
Lead Capture
Leverage the power of a Lead Capture form in the Lead Hub and set up an Automation that will follow up with Contacts who opt-in for more information.
Scheduler
Start using our exclusive built-in Scheduler tool to book online (google, zoom) in-person, inbound, or outbound calls. Once you set up the Lead Hub Scheduler, you can pair up an Automation created to respond to a scheduled event.
Email & Text-based Pipeline Automations
Pipeline Stage
Suppose you manually track progress with a Pipeline. In that case, you can create an Automation with specific communication and follow-up per Pipeline Stage that will be applied to all Contacts assigned to Pipeline Deal Cards within that specific Pipeline Stage.
Pipeline Deal Cards
Suppose you have specific Contacts assigned to a Pipeline Deal Card, and they need further customized communication. In that case, you can create a unique Automation with custom content and follow-up calls to action.
The Pipeline Deal Card Automation will supersede any Pipeline Stage Automation that "blankets" over the Pipeline Stage Column.
Text-based Smart Code Automation
