Overview of Contacts and Tags

With the help of Tags, you can quickly identify groups of contacts. By adding tags to the contact records, you can further describe and distinguish a group of contacts or a group of contacts assigned to a pipeline deal card. Apart from the default information such as first name, last name, email, and phone number, Tags can be used as an additional feature to make your daily use more efficient.

*Note: Tags are assigned to Contact Records and are not tied to Pipeline Deal Card information. If you have a Pipeline Deal Card with one or more Contacts assigned, you must edit each Contact Record and manually add the tag/s.

Why should I use Tags?

After assigning tags to your contacts, you can filter them and organize them based on their tags. This will help you to easily sort out your contact database and send out specific materials such as images, videos, PDFs, and Automations. You can also create a Power Dialer Call Campaign list and perform similar actions. Additionally, you can leverage the exclusive, built-in Lead Forms within Marketing tools to automatically tag new contacts when importing them into the system.

*Note: When importing a CSV file from Excel, you can easily add one or more tags by separating them with a comma and leaving no space in the Tags column. When the imported contacts arrive, the tags will automatically be applied.
