What is a Status in crmgrow?
Using a Status in crmgrow is one of the tools that help you identify and categorize your contacts into unique slots in your transaction pipeline deals. Once the Status is applied, you can filter your Contacts by Status and send out specific Materials such as video, perhaps a voicemail drop that you can set up via the Settings > Integrations, or even trigger “snail mail” with an outbound Postcard (in the works, no eta).
Examples of Use
Do you want to find all of the contacts that are Status in hot? Warm? Closed? You can use the Contact Filter to identify them quickly.
Create unique Status/es to apply to all contacts to help define your pipeline when importing a CSV file.
Use a Status as a dialer list.
Click the Status for the contact in the Contacts list or on the contact Status banner, then click the New Status to apply it.
