My Profile Overview

This article will help you understand each tab of information within My Profile.

Info Tab

  • Upload a Profile Image

    • Click the Pencil Icon to upload an image.

    • This will be displayed on the Landing Page Themes.

  • Full Name

    • First and Last Name.

  • Email Address

    • This will be displayed on the Landing Page Themes.

  • Phone

    • This will be displayed on the Landing Page Themes.

  • Company

    • If you are part of a specific company, choose it here. Depending on your company affiliation, you may gain access to brand-proprietary content. If you do not see your company listed, you can select "other" and type in the name of your entity.

  • Choose Time Zone

    • Ensure that is correct, as it can affect when Business Hours in Settings allows scheduled texts and emails to be sent from crmgrow to recipients.

Signature

  • Choose from one of four formatted options for your outbound email signature.

  • By default, the signature will land on all outbound email communications.

    • *Note: you will NOT see the signature displayed in email communications on contact records or pipeline deal cards.

Security

  • Reset your crmgrow password while you are logged in.

  • Review Google Security information.

Team

  • If you have added a sub-profile to your account, you will find sub-account information here.

Subscription

  • Review the total length of the material uploaded, contacts added, and video time recorded.

  • The column of the plan you are currently on is outlined in blue.

  • You can scroll down to see all plan features per tier.

Billing

  • Update your payment method here.

  • Check your upcoming statement date and amount.

  • Double-check the subscription status of your current plan for the system.

Invoices (Billing Tab)

  • Review past invoice dates and download past invoices here.
