Material Analytics Overview

Explore how to access Material analytics for your images, PDFs, and videos! 📊 The analytics provide valuable insights about who received the material, who viewed the video, and details on unique viewers (people not yet in your database). 🌟

Plus, you can easily share the Material with a community or on social media platforms, add a lead capture form for effective lead generation, and much more! 🚀📈

Step 1

Click on the "Materials" play icon on the system's left side.

Step 2

Locate a piece of Material in your My Materials Library.

Step 3

• Grid View

  • Click on the "Material" Tile that you want to review.

    • You will see snapshot information slide out from the right.

  • To open the details page, click the square icon with the arrow at the bottom right of the Material thumbnail.

    • This will open Material Details.

• List View

  • Locate the Material you want to review.

  • Click on the "eye" icon across the row on the Views column.

    • This will open Material Details.

Step 4

A Material Analytics page will open for that specific piece of Material. You can review Material views, who it was sent to, opt to share it on social media or with a Community, add a Custom Lead form for lead generation, and more.
