

Lead Capture Page Overview
In our Lead Hub suite of tools, you can use our Lead Capture Forms connected to Material Images, PDFs, and Videos to grow your contact database! 🚀✨
When a contact fills out the Lead Capture Form, you can store their information and responses, assign relevant tags to group similar contacts, and easily manage and filter them. 📊🔍 Plus, you can set up an automated follow-up message that perfectly aligns with the topic of the form they submitted! 💌
These forms can be straightforward, requiring the first name, last name, email, and phone number. However, you also have the flexibility to customize the forms by creating and adding Custom Contact Fields, allowing you to capture specific data that links immediately to contacts entering your database. 🌟🔗
*Note: You must require at least an email or phone to capture contact information. Custom Contact Fields MUST be created before creating the Lead Capture Page so you can select and add them to the form.

Click "Material on the system's left side.
Step 2
Click on "Lead Forms".
Step 3
You will now see the "Lead Forms" page.
This is where you will be able to review all of the lead forms you have created and have the ability to edit or delete them.
