How to Use the Wavv Dialer to Call a Single Contact in Tasks

Step 1

Click the box to the left of a Contact Name row.

Step 2

Click the "More" option on the banner at the top of the Tasks list.

Step 3

Click the phone icon for "New Call."

Step 4

Two things will occur:

• The 3rd party Wavv Dialer banner will open across the top of the screen.

• The Contact Record will open.

Step 5

Click the green "Dial" button on the Wavv Dialer banner to initiate the call.
