How to Use the Wavv Dialer to Call a Contact Record

*Note: If you do not see a "New Call" option, the Contact Record has either unsubscribed from Texts or has not added a phone number yet.

Step 1

Open a Contact Record.

Step 2

There are three ways to initiate the Dialer on a Contact Record;

1. Click on the three-dot "More" icon at the top right of the Contact Status banner, then click "New Call."

2. Click the "handset" icon on the right of the phone number on the Contact Record.

3. Click the "New Call" tab to the right of the "Activity" tab, then click "New Call."

Step 3

The third-party Wavv Dialer banner will open across the top of the screen. The contact record name and phone number are on the top left of the banner.

Step 4

Click the green "Dial" button on the Wavv Dialer banner to initiate the call.
