How to Use the Contacts Filter to Identify Community Contacts

As a Community Member, you can keep track of Shared, Transferred, and Cloned Contacts and sort them quickly and easily with the Advanced Filter in Contacts.

How to Filter Community Contacts

Step 1

Click on "Contacts" on the system's left side.

Step 2

Click on the "Filter" icon at the top right of the contacts page.

Step 3

Add other filters you wish to have included within this filter set.

Step 4

Scroll to the bottom of the options and click "Community."

Step 5

Click the "Community" you want to create a filter for if you are a member of two or more communities.

Step 6

Click the "box" to the left of the Community you want to identify shared Contacts By or With.

Step 7

Click the dropdown menu on the right side of the Community Name to select specific member/s if necessary.

Step 8

Click the "box" for "Shared With" (who you shared it with) or "Shared By" (who shared it with you.)

Step 9

Click the blue "Apply" button.

Step 10

The page will update to show you the Contacts that match the parameters you added to the Filter.
