There are two ways to upload YouTube and Vimeo Video Material.

Quick Actions

  1. Click on the blue "Plus Sign" icon at the top left of the system.

  2. Click on "New Material."

  3. Click on the "Video" tab.

Materials

  1. Click on "Materials" on the system's left side.

  2. Click on the blue "Upload" button at the top right.

  3. Click on the "Video" tab on the dropdown menu.

Step 2

Make sure you've copied the video links from YouTube/Vimeo and that the video's privacy setting is set to Public.

*Note: On YouTube "live" videos, copy the browser URL, not the "share" arrow URL link.

Step 3

Paste the YouTube or Vimeo link into the field.

*Note: You will see the thumbnail appear. You can click the pencil icon at the top right of the tile to upload an image to your desktop.

Step 4

Add a descriptive Title to the PDF for recipients to see.

Step 5

Click the blue "Upload" button to continue adding the Video File, or click "Cancel" to abandon the action.

Step 6

The Video Material will appear on the "My Materials List" and be searchable by keyword. It can be added to manually sent emails, texts, scheduled and automated emails, or texts.

*Note: Video "watched" statistics may vary based on the email service used by the Contact. Several email clients, such as AOL, Gmail, and Yahoo, do not support embedded videos.
