How to Upload MP4 or MOV Video Material

You can quickly diversify the use of your MP4 and MOV videos once they are uploaded to crmgrow.

Step 1

There are two ways to upload Video Material.

Quick Actions

1. Click on the blue "Plus Sign" icon at the top left of the system.

2. Click on "New Material."

3. Click on the "Video" tab.

Materials

1. Click on "Materials" on the system's left side.

2. Click on the blue "Upload" button at the top right.

3. Click on the "Video" tab on the dropdown menu.

Step 2

Select the MOV or MP4 file you want to upload from your Desktop to the system.

*Note: You will see the thumbnail appear. You can click the pencil icon at the top right of the tile to upload an image to your desktop.

Step 3

Add the title of the Video Material to the "Title" field.

Step 4

Click the blue "Upload" button to continue adding the Video, or click "Cancel" to abandon the action.

Step 5

The video will appear on the "My Materials List" and be searchable by keyword. It can be added to manually sent emails, texts, automation, bulk email, newsletters, and scheduled texts and emails.

*Note: Video "watched" statistics may vary based on the email service used by the Contact. Several email clients, such as AOL, Gmail, and Yahoo, do not support embedded videos.
