How to Upload, Edit, or Delete a PDF Material

Step 1

There are two ways to upload PDF Material.

Quick Actions

  1. Click on the blue "Plus Sign" icon at the top left of the system.

  2. Click on "New Material."

  3. Click on the "PDF" tab.

Materials

  1. Click on "Materials" on the system's left side.

  2. Click on the blue "Upload" button at the top right.

  3. Click on the "PDF" tab on the dropdown menu.

Step 2

There are two methods for uploading an PDF file:

  1. You can either drag the PDF into the Field for "Upload your .PDF file" directly from your desktop device or,

  2. Click on the "Upload your .PDF file" prompt.

Step 3

Select the PDF file to upload, and opt to upload it via your PC or Mac. You will see a preview of the PDF you uploaded.

Step 4

Add a descriptive Title to the PDF for recipients to see.

*Note: You must have text in the Title field for the system to allow you to click "Next." This is a universal title that recipients will see when you send it.

Step 5

Click to choose one of the two options for displaying the PDF.

  1. Scroll Mode

    1. Recipients scroll up and down the PDF to read the information.

  2. Bookfold Mode

    1. Recipients can click on the corner of a PDF to turn "pages" similar to a book.

Step 6

Click the blue "Upload" button to continue adding the PDF File, or click "Cancel" to abandon the action.

Step 7

The PDF will appear on the "My Materials List" and be searchable by keyword. It can be added to manually sent emails, texts, scheduled and automated emails, or texts.
