How to Set Business Hours in Settings

When you update Business Hours in Settings, you inform the system of the time spans per day of the week that you will allow outbound scheduled email, text, and automations.

*Note: There are other settings to review as well;

  • Working Calendar Hours is a separate tool that can affect when you allow people to schedule time with you and when you can create Meetings.

  • If you set up Bulk Email, you will be directed to set separate Business Hours for that feature.

Step 1

Click Settings on the left side, and select the "Business Hours" tab.

Step 2

Set the period for the system to send automations, scheduled texts, and emails on your behalf.

Step 3

Select the days you want automation and scheduled texts and emails triggered.

Note: Remember, days left unchecked (blank) will NOT allow automation or scheduled emails and texts to trigger on those days.

Step 4

Click the "dropdown" menu and click to select your desired time zone.

Step 5

Once you have your settings configured, click the "save" button.
