How to Review My Subscription Plan Information

crmgrow is designed to provide feature-heavy and budget-friendly subscription tiers to access our powerful CRM! 💼✨ To learn more about your subscribed package and explore other crmgrow offerings, please visit the Subscription tab in your “My Profile.” 📊

Step 1

Click on your name at the top right of crmgrow.

Step 2

Click "My Profile."

Step 3

Click the "Subscription" tab.

You will be able to verify the following;

• Review the two different subscription plans offered in crmgrow

  1. Growth

  2. Growth & Texting

• Your current Subscription Plan and Usage

• Material Upload Stats

• Contacts Stats

• Video Recording Stats

*Note: crmgrow has retired the Lite, Pro, and Elite tiers that were previously available. Users on those plans will continue to have access and see that plan information on the Subscription tab, while all new users will choose from the Growth or Growth & Texting plans.

Step 4

When reviewing the available plans, if you want to upgrade or downgrade your account, click the dark blue "Upgrade Account" button at the bottom of the tier tile.
