How to Record a Callback Message for the Wavv Multi-line Dialer

Unique to the Multi-Line Dialer only, the Callback feature enables you to pre-record a message for the call recipient to hear if they answer the phone while you are already on a call with someone you reached via a Multi-Line Dialer session. This attention to detail helps assure the recipient of your intent to call back immediately.

  • Callers 2 and 3 will receive the Callback recording you have added to the Wavv Dialer Callback Settings if caller one answers.

  • This adds service call-to-action adds another element of customer service to your out calling efforts.

How to Record a Callback Message for the Multi-Line Dialer

Step 1

Choose a contact in crmgrow, and initiate a dialer call to open the dialer banner at the top of crmgrow.

Step 2

Click the "cog" icon at the far right of the blue Wavv Dialer banner.

Step 3

Click on "Callbacks" on the Settings menu located on the left side.

Step 4

Choose Your Recording Method:

  1. Via Computer Mic & Speakers

  2. Via Phone

  3. Via uploading an Audio File

Step 5

Click "Record Callback" to begin recording the callback message.

  1. Click the Play Button icon to listen to the recording.

  2. Click Cancel to abandon recording.

  3. Click Reset to re-record.

  4. Click Save to name and save the Recorded Callback.

You can now use this as a Callback message for call recipients who may be on a Mult Line Dialer session.
