How to Record a Callback Message for the Wavv Multi-line Dialer
Unique to the Multi-Line Dialer only, the Callback feature enables you to pre-record a message for the call recipient to hear if they answer the phone while you are already on a call with someone you reached via a Multi-Line Dialer session. This attention to detail helps assure the recipient of your intent to call back immediately.
Callers 2 and 3 will receive the Callback recording you have added to the Wavv Dialer Callback Settings if caller one answers.
This adds service call-to-action adds another element of customer service to your out calling efforts.
How to Record a Callback Message for the Multi-Line Dialer
Step 1
Choose a contact in crmgrow, and initiate a dialer call to open the dialer banner at the top of crmgrow.
Step 2
Click the "cog" icon at the far right of the blue Wavv Dialer banner.
Step 3
Click on "Callbacks" on the Settings menu located on the left side.
Step 4
Choose Your Recording Method:
Via Computer Mic & Speakers
Via Phone
Via uploading an Audio File
Step 5
Click "Record Callback" to begin recording the callback message.
Click the Play Button icon to listen to the recording.
Click Cancel to abandon recording.
Click Reset to re-record.
Click Save to name and save the Recorded Callback.
You can now use this as a Callback message for call recipients who may be on a Mult Line Dialer session.
