How to Navigate the Dashboard Reports Tab

The reports tab shows statistics on your contact database. This tab has multiple sections allowing you to see Contact Health, Contact Automation, and Contacts by Rating information.

Contact Health

• Identify what information you need to communicate with your Contacts

  • Click each Stat beneath the Pie Chart to review Contacts that are;

    • Missing Email Address

    • Missing Phone Number

    • Missing Email & Phone Number

Contact Automation

• Keep track of your outbound communication efforts by clicking on each Stat beneath the Bar Graph to review Contacts that have;

  • Never Automated

  • On Automation

  • Recently off Automation (within the last 30 days)

Contacts by Rating ⭐ 

• Auto Star Rating by crmgrow helps you identify, at a glance, the type of contact information, communication sent, and automation in place.

  • You can click each Star "Bar" to see Contacts within each Star Rating

• Stars and What They Signify

  • Contact has an email they receive +1 ⭐ 

  • Contact has a phone number they receive +1 ⭐ 

  • Contact has been sent a text or email they receive +1 ⭐ 

  • Contact has been placed on automation they receive +1 ⭐ 

  • Contact has an email, and phone number, has been contacted by crmgrow via text or email, and is on an automation; four stars will be will be automatically applied to the contact. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 

    • If YOU want the Contact to receive five stars, you must manually click to add the fifth star ⭐ 

• Manual Star Rating

  • You can also click on Stars on a Contact to manually change the Star Rating.

    • This will remove that Contact from the automated Star Rating

• Contact Automation Health

  • Quickly review how many Contacts you have emailed or texted in the last 30 days by clicking the stat.
