How to Navigate the Dashboard Overview Tab
The Dashboard tab, located to the left of the Reports π and Activity π tabs, serves as your "command central" for crmgrow. It opens by default whenever you launch the application. This tab is a convenient place to review the total number of contacts in your database π, upcoming tasks β , calendar appointments π , and more.
Simply click on the numbers within each tile to access the corresponding data! π
Contacts Total
This number will show you the total amount of contacts you have imported, brought in with a lead form, manually entered into crmgrow, or "Zapped" into crmgrow with Zapier and the Agent Vending Machine.
(Pipeline) Deals
The (Pipeline) Deals will show you the Deal Cards you have created within the Pipeline to track a contact or group of contacts within your transaction flow.
(SMS) Usage
(SMS) Usage will show you the remaining texts available for the month. Just hover your mouse over the gray or dark blue sections on the SMS pie chart to see how many texts are used and how many remain to be used. If you need to add SMS credits for texting, click Buy SMS at the top right of the SMS field.
Today's Tasks
Today's Tasks will show you if you have any tasks due that day. You can manually add them or add them manually by automation.
Calendar
You will see your scheduled appointments in this area once you've synced your Google or Outlook calendar in Settings > Integrations.
Report
The Report section will show you a summary of Activity that you can review by Last Month, Last Week, or Last Day of usage.
You will be able to get a quick visual on stats such as;
Calls Made (if you are using the Wavv Dialer)
Texts Sent (Remember, Texting will only occur if you've signed up for SMS via Settings on the bottom left of the dashboard.
Emails Sent
You can review the number of emails you have sent out via the Google or Microsoft 365 email you have synced within Settings > Integrations.
Tasks Completed
How many tasks you have completed in the period you chose via the top-right dropdown menu
Appt. Set
See your appointments using the Dialer call disposition of the Appointment Set.
To review the data, click on Contacts, then Call Report
Material
This section gives you a running count of all Material you have sent out to Contacts.
Sent
Indicates the Material you have sent
Unique Views
Indicates the Material you have posted online that has received Unique Views
