How to Flush Cache & Cookies on Google Chrome

It is recommended that you use Google Chrome as your browser for optimal use of crmgrow. If you access crmgrow through a browser other than Google Chrome, some tools and features may not be available to you.

If you encounter any issues, we suggest flushing your browser's cache and cookies before contacting support. This will clear stored data and usually improve your browser's speed.

Step 1

Click on the "toggle" icon at the top left of the URL bar for Google Chrome

Step 2

Click on Cookies and Site Data

Step 3

Click on "Manage on-device site data."

Step 4

Click the trash can icon to the right of "app.crmgrow.com," and "crmgrow.com."

Step 5

Click the "Done" button.

Step 6

Click the "reload" button.

Step 7

You will be redirected to sign in to crmgrow.
