How to Export Contact Records

You can export and download your contact database, including specific contact lists, single contact records, or the entire database, to an Excel CSV file.

The Three Ways to Export Contact Records

There are three options to consider when exporting Contacts from the Contact Manager.

Single Contact Record

• Export a single Contact Record to an Excel .csv file.

Bulk Contact Records

• Option 1

  • Export specific contacts within the database.

    • Create a filtered list with the Contacts filter to download a specific Contact list as an Excel .csv file.

• Option 2

  • Export the entire contact database.

    • Download the entire contact database as an Excel .csv file.
