How to Edit, Download or Delete Wavv Voicemail

The Wavv Dialer Voicemail tool 🎤 empowers you to pre-record specific voicemails for your various dialer sessions. This amazing feature ensures you stay consistent and on message 📢 across all your automations and follow-up attempts, seamlessly integrating into your daily routine and long-term communication goals. Stay focused and inspire connections! ✨📞

Step 1

Open the Wavv dialer via a system contact "New Call" option.

Step 2

To access the Wavv Dialer banner at the top of the page, click on the "cog" at the far right.

Step 3

Click on "Voicemails" on the left side of the menu options.

Step 4

Click the "dropdown arrow" to the right of "Record Voicemail" to choose HOW you will be adding the Voicemail;

• Record via Computer

• Record via Phone

• Upload Audio

  • Select the Audio file on your desktop and upload it into Wavv.

Step 5

Click "Record Voicemail."

Step 6

Click the "Microphone icon" to start recording.

• you will see the session seconds counting up

• you can record up to three minutes

Step 7

Click the "red circle with the square" to stop recording.

• Click the play icon to listen to the recording.

• Click the reset option to re-record.

• Click save to name the recording and save it for future use.

Step 8

Click "Save" or "Cancel" to abandon saving the voicemail.
