How to Download Templates from the Templates Library

There are many ways to download shared Email and Text Templates from the Templates Library into My Templates List. This article will walk you through downloading Template Library content one at a time and in bulk.

Step 1

Click on the Templates Library tab.

Step 2

One At A Time

Templates Libary Banner tools
1. Click the "box" to the left of the Template Name to add a blue checkmark to a Template you want to download into My Templates List.
2. You will see "download" appear across the top left of the Templates area.
3. Click the "download" prompt at the top left of the Templates Library.
4. You will see a "downloading" message from the system on the banner.
5. A copy of the Template will land in the My Templates List for your immediate use.
Download Arrow Icon
1. Hover the mouse over the far right of the Template row.
2. Click the "download arrow" icon when your mouse hovers at the far right of the Template row.
3. You will see a "downloading" message from the system.
4. A copy of the Template will land in the My Templates List for your immediate use.

Bulk Download

Selecting Boxes or Select All
1. Click to select the "boxes" to the left of the Template Name to add a blue checkmark to a Template you want to download into My Templates List.
  1. You can use the Keyword Search to find specific Templates
  2. You can click the box within Folders to download the contents.
2. Click the "Select All" option in the middle of the banner to choose ALL templates within the Template Library.
3. You will see "download" appear across the top left of the Templates area.
4. Click the "download" prompt at the top left of the Templates Library.
  1. This will download the bulk templates and contents of a Folder if you have chosen one.
  1. You will see a "downloading" message from the system on the banner.
5. A copy of the Template/s will land in the My Templates List for your immediate use.
