How to Customize Material Notifications

Manage your Material Notifications by enabling 🔔 or disabling ❌ them for specific images 🖼️, PDFs 📄, and videos 🎥.

*Note: You must have Notifications turned on within Settings for this specific Material Notification to trigger.

Step 1

Click "Material" on the system's left side.

Step 2

Find the image, PDF, or video material for which you wish to enable or disable notifications.

*Note: Notifications can be set one at a time for each piece of Material. There is no bulk process.

There are two ways to access the Notification toggle for Material:

• Grid View

  • Click on the Material "Thumbnail" image that you want to review.

  • A Material Analytics page will slide open on the right side.

• List View

  • Click on the "Material" title that you want to review.

  • A Material Analytics page will slide open on the right side.

*Note: The Notification toggle is underneath the blue "Send" button on the Analytics slide-out on the right.

Step 3

The specific Notification for Material can be toggled on or off:

On

• To turn the Notification on, click the "blue toggle," it will slide to the right to indicate it is "on."

Off

• To turn the Notification off, click the "blue toggle," it will slide to the left to indicate it is "off."
