How to Create a Dialer Call Campaign for the Wavv Single or Multi-line Dialer

This article will explain how to create a Campaign Contact List via crmgrow for the Single or Multi-Line Dialer and the Wavv Power Dialer.

*Note: The Campaign call list feature is unavailable with the Click2Call package. You must upgrade to the Single Line or Multi Line Dialer to access this feature.

Choosing a Multi-Line Option (up to three calls at a time)

  1. Open the Wavv Dialer via crmgrow

  2. Access Wavv Dialer General Settings and choose either 2 or 3 calls at a time for the call Campaign

  3. Close the Wavv Dialer Settings

Creating a Call Campaign List

Note: The dialer campaign list maximum size is 500 contacts.

Step 1

Click on "Contacts" on the system's left side.

Step 2

Use the "Filter" at the top right of the Contacts page to create a specific dialer list.

Step 3

Choose “All” Contacts from the Filter by clicking the "top left box" of the Contacts.

  • You can click a dropdown menu at the bottom of the page to show 8, 10, 25, or 50 contacts per results page.

  • If you want all of the matching contacts to be included in the Call Campaign, click on the message in the middle of the Contacts top row that reads “select all XXX contacts.”

  • You can uncheck specific Contacts to omit them from the Campaign list.

Step 4

Click on “New Call” across the top row of options.

Step 5

A Wavv Power Dialer "banner" appears at the top of the page, with “Loading Call Service” shown.

  • If this is your first time accessing the Wavv Dialer, you must choose the Audio Source of Computer Audio & Speakers or Dial in with Phone.

Step 6

Click "Start" to initiate the Dialer.

Step 7

Click "Dial" to start the campaign's first call.

If you are using the Multi-line Dialer:

  • Depending on if you are out calling two or three Contacts at the time, you will see two or three phone number fields across the Wavv Dialer Banner

    • If person A answers and is engaged with you in a phone conversation, and person B or C answers, they will get a pre-recorded message stating that you will call them back as soon as possible.

Opting to Use the IVR Opt-Out Message for the Multi-Line Dialer:

  • When using multiple lines, you can give your call recipients a way to opt out of being contacted by you in the future. Under the General Settings tab, you will find an "IVR Opt-Out" toggle. When you turn this on and start a multiline dialing session, it will add an interactive voice response (IVR) for call recipients after callback messages, prompting "Press 1 to opt out of further communication."

Recording Phone Calls (For Single or Multi-line)

  • You can choose to record a call and have it saved in the contact record

    1. You can toggle call recording on via the General Settings tab in the Wavv Power Dialer

    2. You are responsible for your compliance. Please follow all appropriate State and Federal laws related to recording phone calls. It is generally recommended to announce to callers that you are recording their phone call

Using Pre-recorded Voicemail Messages

  • You can pre-record Voicemails to leave during your outcalls via the Voicemail settings tab in the Wavv Dialer.

Step 8

Click "Hangup" to end the call.

Step 9

A "Save the Call History" pop-up will appear.

  1. Choose the closest matching status for the call.

  2. Add notes about the call.

  3. Click the blue "Save" button to save the Call History or cancel to abandon.

Step 10

Click "Pause" to momentarily pause the outbound call Campaign.

  • This is particularly handy if you need to note further information, send follow-up information via text or email, or take a quick stretch break.

Step 11

Click "Resume" to initiate the call Campaign again.
