How to Add an Assistant

The Assistant feature was built to ensure crmgrow users could have an assistant without compromising their accounts. 

Step 1

Click on "Settings" on the system's left side.

Step 2

Click on "Assistant."

Step 3

Click the blue "Create assistant" button.

Step 4

  • Name

    • The name you add will show on all notes the Assistant leaves on contacts.

  • Email Address

    • This is the email the assistant will use when they login to crmgrow.

  • Password

    • Create a password for the assistant.

  • Confirm Password

    • Type the created password into the field to confirm the password selection.

Step 5

Click the blue "Create" button.

Step 6

You will see the Assistant's name on the page now.
