How Team Owners Share an Automation with Team Members

*Note: Be sure to communicate your expectations for the Team Members to follow up with accepted Contacts and communicate with you as needed.

Step 1

Click "Automation" on the left side of the system.

Step 2

There are two ways to share Automations: Single or Multiple Automations.

Single Automation

  1. Locate the Automation you want to share, and click the "three-dot" menu on the far right of the row.

  2. Click "Share"

*Note: An "Automation Share" pop-up menu will appear.

Multiple Automations

  1. Click the "boxes" on the left of the Automation rows you want to share.

  2. Click "Share" on the Automation banner.

*Note: A "Automation Share" pop-up menu will appear.

Step 3

Click the dropdown menu underneath "Select community/team."

Step 4

Click the "Team" name with which you want to share the template.

Step 5

Click the blue "Share" or "Cancel" button.
