Dashboard Icon Navigation Overview

Every time you log in, you will see Dashboard Icons across the system's top. This article will walk you through each icon designation and provide information you can find when clicking on an icon.

Quick Actions

  • Quick Actions holds shortcuts to adding a New Contact, sending a New Text or Email, creating a New Task, assigning a New Pipeline Deal, creating a new meeting, crafting a New Note, recording a New Video, or uploading Material.

Magnifying Glass

  • This is a Master search bar for the system. *Omits note keywords.

Question Mark

  • You can access the Knowledge Base, Get Help, Chat with Support, Submit a Feature Request or Bug Report, Contact billing, and more.

Messages

  • Review all inbound and outbound Text conversations and send and respond to Texts.

Bell

  • This is where you can review all System Notifications on actions completed.

Hourglass

  • This icon will only show if you have scheduled Emails, Texts, Automations, Bulk Email, or Newsletters.

Flag

  • Choose a dashboard display in English, Spanish, or French.
