The Four Ways to Assign an Automation in Contacts Section

There are four options to consider when assigning automation to Contacts from the Contact sections.

Single Contact Record

• Option 1

  • Assign an automation to a single contact in the Contacts Section.

• Option 2

  • Assign an automation to a single contact inside the Contact Record.

Bulk Contact Records

• Option 1

  • Assign automation to specific contacts within the database.

    • Create a filtered list with the Contacts filter to be assigned into an automation.

• Option 2

  • Assign an automation to the entire contact database.
