

Business Hours, Calendar Working Hours, and Time Zone Overview
The system outlines the differences in Business Hours, Calendar Working Hours, and Time Zones.
Each setting is equally important, so take a moment to learn how each tool works in the system.
Business Hours
This setting is unrelated to the availability of your company's physical office business hours of open-close.
Business Hours determines when you will allow crmgrow to send scheduled emails, texts, automation, bulk emails, and newsletters.
There are two separate "Business Hours" settings;
Located in Settings
This affects when you send scheduled communication from the system on your behalf. This does NOT include Bulk Email (and Newsletters.)
Located in Bulk Email (and Newsletters)
If you elect to use these tools, you will be directed to set up separate Business Hours.
Calendar Working Hours
This setting is related to a general start and stop time for scheduling and accepting Calendar Meetings and Scheduler events.
Time Zone
Setting within your Profile reflects your geographical area in the United States or Canada.
