Business Hours, Calendar Working Hours, and Time Zone Overview

The system outlines the differences in Business Hours, Calendar Working Hours, and Time Zones.

Each setting is equally important, so take a moment to learn how each tool works in the system.

Business Hours

  • This setting is unrelated to the availability of your company's physical office business hours of open-close.

  • Business Hours determines when you will allow crmgrow to send scheduled emails, texts, automation, bulk emails, and newsletters.

    • There are two separate "Business Hours" settings;

      • Located in Settings

        • This affects when you send scheduled communication from the system on your behalf. This does NOT include Bulk Email (and Newsletters.)

      • Located in Bulk Email (and Newsletters)

        • If you elect to use these tools, you will be directed to set up separate Business Hours.

Calendar Working Hours

  • This setting is related to a general start and stop time for scheduling and accepting Calendar Meetings and Scheduler events.

Time Zone

  • Setting within your Profile reflects your geographical area in the United States or Canada.
