Q. How do Business Hours affect Bulk Emails or Newsletters being sent?

Specific Bulk Email Business Days of the Week

  • When you set the Business Hours for sending Bulk Emails/Newsletters and choose not to have crmgrow send scheduled emails on specific days of the week, such as Saturdays, Sundays, or both, the system will not send out a scheduled Bulk Email on a Saturday or Sunday. Instead, it will be rescheduled for the next allowable day according to the Bulk Email Business Hours.

Specific Bulk Email Business Hours

  • If you have opted to have a specific period during which you are allowing crmgrow to send emails in Business Hours, for example, if you have it set for 8:00 am - 4:00 pm and schedule the time for the Bulk Email to trigger after 4:00 pm, the set Business Hours, the Bulk Email will send the next day during the span of open send hours allowed.

Q. Why didn't my Bulk Email send everything all at once at the exact time I scheduled?

  • Please understand that we do not have control over the timing of your emails, as crmgrow serves purely as the platform or tool for sending them. The sender email system (SendInGrid, Brevo) manages the scheduling and dispatch of emails, and we cannot influence or adjust the exact delivery timing. If there are any delays or issues, they may be due to factors within the platform or external circumstances. We cannot modify this process.
