Automations and Material Check Actions (+)
When you add a Material Review Check to an Automation after a text or email with Material inserted, you can set custom communication paths based on the amount of Material Consumption the Contact had when they reviewed the content.
This will help you identify the Contact's level of interest and make your communication accordingly, which will, in turn, help you build your relationship with them.
For instance, if a recipient watches 30% or more of the Video Material, you can direct them toward "Path A" communication that aligns with their interests.
On the other hand, if they watch less than 30% of the Video Material, you can guide them toward "Path B" communication to continue building the relationship.
A Material Review Check for an Image or PDF will indicate if they reviewed the Image or PDF, indicating "Yes" or "No."
