Automations and Contact Move Actions (+)
As a community or team owner, you can create an automation that cycles a contact through an automation process to qualify them to be Called or transferred to a team or community member. Once you have reached a specific point in the Automation, you can add the Contact Move Action to trigger the Clone or Transfer.
*Note: Cloning a Contact means giving a Community or Team Member a copy of the Contact. You will both be "owners" of that Contact. Transferring a Contact means transferring ownership of that Contact to the Community or Team Member.
Step 1
You can open an existing Automation by clicking on its "Title" or the blue "New Automation" button at the top right of the Automation page to start a New Automation.
*Note: If this is a new automation, click on the "Plus Sign" Icon in the middle of the page to Add an Action.
Step 2
Via the menu that slides out from the right, click on the blue "Contact Move" icon on the slide-out menu.
Step 3
Select the "Time Delay" to choose when you want the New Text to trigger within the Automation process after the previous Action is added.
Time Delay Options Include;

Custom Time Delay
Click "Custom Time Delay" to select a custom period of "Hours" or "Days" for the New Text to trigger after the previous Action is added.
Be sure to click the bubble on "Hours" or "Days" to set the correct timing for the action.
Type in the amount of "Hours" or "Days" into the field, or use the up and down arrows on the right side of the amount field to select "Hours" or "Days."
*Note: The timing is based on the previous action added. For example, if you set an Automation Email to go out the day before and want the Contact Move to trigger two days after, you'd select "2 Days."
Step 4
Click the bubble to the left of "Transfer" or "Clone."
*Note: Cloning a Contact means giving a Community or Team Member a copy of the Contact. You will both be "owners" of that Contact. Transferring a Contact means transferring ownership of that Contact to the Community or Team Member.

Click the dropdown menu for "Select Community/Team."
Step 6
