Automations and Automation Actions (+)

Adding an Automation Action to an Automation you are building allows you to “stitch” existing Automations into the Automation Action you are creating now.

Step 1

Open a New Automation or Existing Automation.

Step 2

Click on the Plus Sign Icon in the middle of the page.

Step 3

Click on "New Automation Action" on the top right of the slide-out menu on the right.

Step 4

Choose Hour or Day increments or create a custom time.

Step 5

Choose a previously created Automation from the drop-down menu.

#Note: This will be an existing automation that you can add to this new automation with contacts.

Step 6

Click the blue "Insert" button to save the New Automation Action to this Automation or Cancel to abandon the New Automation Action.

Step 7

Click the pen tool/icon and click Save to save the changes made in the automation.

Step 8

You will see a green notification stating "last saved" at the bottom right corner to confirm that the Automation has been updated.
